Everything was great. The unit was well maintained & kitchen was well supplied. Especially like the start up supplies - paper products/dishwasher pads, & toiletries - very helpful!

Condo was located directly on the beach with short walking distance to both the pool and the beach. Overall it was clean and well stocked. We were able to get an early checkin with was great. I would definitely stay here again. Note: you are asked to return the keys to the rental office (off site) at time of checkout making it difficult to enjoy the last day at the beach.

Overall very good unit – pocket door in second bedroom was very hard to open/close. Kitchen needs potholders and serving towels. Couldn't get in closet in second bedroom.

We had a wonderful weekend. We actually had families in 3 different units. It was perfect to gather us all together without being spread out over a large complex. The grounds were also in great condition.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Shipwatch. This complex is just the right size and so close to the beach. I loved the large balcony on this unit and the proximity to the beach.

Relaxing. We plan to reserve a time in the spring and again next year in October. Condo was well maintained, clean and very comfortable furniture. View of the ocean was great with easy access due to close walkovers. Pool was nice and provided wind block on extremely windy days.

Our stay in the property was amazing. We loved the view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. The unit was spacious and neat. My only complaint would be that we were located next to the trash chute and it was stinky at times. Also we found a broom in the closet to sweep up sand and also found some large amounts of hair on the floor. That was rather disappointing.
