Welcome to SeaSwept, a 4-bedroom, 3-bath coastal retreat located along the peaceful beach road of Surfside Shores. Set against a natural dune covered in mature scrub oaks, this home offers a rare sense of seclusion while still capturing sweeping views of the Gulf. Multiple outdoor spaces and expansive windows throughout the home allow you to enjoy the scenery all around.

Designed with larger groups and multi-family stays in mind, the layout provides both shared gathering areas and private retreats. Two king suites offer added comfort and flexibility. The upstairs primary suite features elevated ceilings, a king bed, and direct access to the sun deck, where you can step out and take in the coastal breeze. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower.

A second king bedroom is located on the ground level, offering its own private entrance and a more secluded setting away from the main living areas.  A nearby bathroom is located just outside this space within the outdoor entertaining area.

On the main level, you will find two additional guest rooms, including a queen bedroom and a bunk room designed with younger guests in mind. The bunk room offers multiple sleeping options along with entertainment features, making it a fun and practical space for kids or teens. These rooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

The main living spaces are bright, open, and oriented toward the Gulf, with large windows that bring in natural light and coastal views. The living room provides comfortable seating and a large smart television, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. Dining areas provide seating for up to ten guests between the main table and additional seating options.

Outdoor living is a highlight of SeaSwept. Guests can choose from a sun deck, covered porch, or screened-in porch, each offering a different way to enjoy the sights and sounds of the coast. Rocking chairs and lounge seating create inviting spaces to unwind, whether you are starting your morning with coffee or winding down at sunset. The ground-level area is equally impressive, featuring a grilling station, prep space, picnic table, and outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day on the sand.

Beach access is simple and convenient, with the neighborhood’s private entrance located just across the street.
