Perdido Skye Unit 51 is a newly renovated beachfront, east corner condo, with extensive improvements completed in May 2024. Every detail was carefully considered to make your stay feel modern and cozy at the same time. The amazing beach and pool views from the large private balcony are unparalleled and the coastal comfort inside the unit is exceptional. The kitchen has brand new quartz countertops and stainless appliances. The bedroom offers a king bed with beach views as far as the eye can see. Youth-size hall bunks are separated by a pocket door, offering privacy and additional sleeping space. In addition, the sofa converts to a comfortable queen size sleeper. New Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout completes this beautiful 700 square foot condo.

Perdido Skye is a low density, beachfront complex on the Gulf of Mexico and a perfect place to share fun in the sun with family and friends. It is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. 7-Day minimum June 3-August 12

We loved this condo! It’s the first time we’ve stayed where the bedroom was at the front of the condo without balcony access, so I was hesitant when booking but it was so lovely! It was obvious everything was new, clean and well stocked. I loved that every amenity provided was listed ahead of time so we knew what to bring. Check in and check out was easy peasy, and I appreciated the text communication that also made it so convenient to ask questions and get a timely response. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and so easy to access the beach as well. The only wish for improvement was the fitness room. There was only one elliptical, one treadmill, one stationary bike, then a weight apparatus. I was hoping for free handheld weights/dumbbells, and there were none provided. We were very pleased with our stay and definitely recommend!
