We had a great stay in Perdido Key! The property was the cleanest beach house I’ve ever stayed in (none of that film-y saltwater/sand stickiness that you sometimes encounter with places near the beach) and there was plenty of room for our family of 8. Two things I want to highlight that are not dealbreakers, but you do need to know before you go:1: the parking situation. At both the resort-style pool and the beach club, parking was EXTREMELY limited. Plan on using the provided shuttle service, they are friendly and fast. You can call them to pick you up from your place and they run from 9-9:30. If you are a family that brings a ton of equipment to the beach, plan on bringing one car and getting there early. 2: accessibility. The main floor of the house is up a flight of stairs, and all but one queen room are on the floor above that. Only the garage is on the ground floor. It wasn’t super clear from the pictures, but if I were traveling with someone who struggles with stairs I would definitely take this into consideration. Again, I only bring these up because I would’ve liked to know before we came, but I still give it 5 stars because we had a great stay!! And these aren’t really issues with the specific property, just characteristics of the neighborhood :)

The home was lovely and had everything needed for our week long stay. The beds were very comfortable and the house was extremely clean. All of the amenities were amazing and not over crowded. We will definitely be back

We loved having the washer/dryer upstairs! Overall great place and very clean! I would recommend putting some games in the garage like a ping pong table or having a golf cart for guests!

We had a great stay in Perdido Key!
