Our condo was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Easy access since it’s on the first floor and right near the pool. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all and under five minutes. The walkway to the beach at night however is not lit up and quite dark but flashlights helped. It was the perfect size condo for three to four people. Blackout curtains in the room were a hit! No pans for the oven or toaster oven but I went to the store and bought what I needed. Great stay though! Would stay again.

Great location on the beach, easy access to pool also a huge plus. Our family loved it and plan to stay again. Clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.

Full kitchen, right next to the pool, and short walk to the beach. The beach in this are is very clean and fit for family friendly fun.

We have rented from Perdido Realty many time and have shared condos all over The Key. We live Grand Caribbean 107E. Perdido realty is easy to deal with, the check in and out are stress free, and the units clean and well equipped. I can’t wait to return in the fall!
